1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bymond Private Limited ("Bymond"), including our corporate website and commercial platforms such as BigBlueButton Host, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Pricing & Custom Consultative Quotes

Bymond provides custom engineering, cloud deployment, and managed hosting solutions based on explicit scope requirements. Quotations are provided following technical assessment and remain valid for the period specified in individual service agreements.

3. Refund Policy

For subscription services (such as BigBlueButton Host), cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing cycle. Refund eligibility for setup fees or custom development deliverables is governed by the specific terms defined in your executed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Client Workspace & Infrastructure Data Policy

Bymond adheres to strict data isolation protocols when operating within client AWS, Azure, or Cloudflare environments. We maintain confidentiality, enforce access control, and do not retain client intellectual property beyond agreed operational durations.
